The Nominating and Election Committee shall be composed of eight members, who shall be appointed by the President. Members shall include the immediate Past President, who shall act as Chair, the immediate past Vice-Presidents of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Dance, Girls and Women in Sport, Boys and Men's Athletics and one member at large selected by the Chair.

WHAT?

The Nominating and Election Committee shall present a list of names of candidates for offices of the Association, including President-Elect and a Vice-President-Elect for each of the Divisions of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Dance, Girls and Women in Sport and Boys and Men's Athletics and conduct the elections at the Annual State Conference.

WHEN?

The Nominating and Election Committee shall confer by mail, electronic mail or personal contact as deemed appropriate by the Chair.
