The Committee shall consist of three members appointed by the President for one-year terms. The Chair shall be appointed by the President with the approvalof the Board of Directors. Resignations from the Committee shall be presented to the President, who shall appoint a successor to complete the unexpired term. The President shall notify the Chair of all resignations and new appointees to fill an unexpired term.

WHAT?

The Resolutions Committee shall prepare appropriate resolutions concerning policies of the Association and other matters which are important to the Association and the improvement of the professions of health education, physical education, recreation, dance and sport.

WHEN?

The Resolutions Committee shall conduct its business by electronic or regular mail.
