On-site registration will be available at the conference.
No one will be turned away. POs, Credit Cards, Cash and Checks will all be accepted as payment.
On-site Registration Fees for this three day event are as follows:
- Professional CAHPERD Member - $255.00
- Professional Non-CAHPERD Member -$310.00
- Retired CAHPERD Member - $90.00
- Student CAHPERD Member - $90.00 (Students who have already paid their $20 membership fee and provided documentation of 12+ units.)
- Student Non-CAHPERD Member - $110.00 (includes a 1 year Future Professional/Student membership in CAHPERD) Students must provide provide proof of 12+ units (transcript, unoffcial transcript, or course schedule, etc. that shows the course name and the number of units each course is worth)
- Speakers - $90 As of 10/31, you must register on-site.
SHAPE or other state HPERD member attendees wishing to register at the member rate must submit a registration form by mail, fax or email. (Online registration will default to the non-member rate.)
Early registration ended 10/30/17. After 10/30/17, registration will only take place on-site, upon your arrival at the conference. No exceptions. The On-site registration rates are noted in the table above and may be paid by PO, credit card (in hand OR just the number and expiration), cash or check.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for this conference, 1 CEU will be available from Humboldt State University for $50, KINS 580 - 1 semester unit of credit (credit/no credit option only). If you are interested in earning CEUs, please sign up when you arrive at the conference. Requirements for credit: Must attend 15 session hours (this can include general sessions), present a review of all sessions attended and how content might be used in teaching. Written report must be submitted by Dec 1st. A website address will be provided at the time of enrollment.
