E-mail Address on file with CAHPERD to have your Membership information E-mailed to
you.
The information will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on-file, and not to the e-mail address entered. your last name and e-mail address entered must match what we have on file for you.
Please contact the membership department if your membership information has changed and you can not recall your last e-mail address on file.
