about CAHPERD’s attempts to move to an on-line process
of membership enrollment, renewal, and records management.
Well, it is now available…and we need your help in making
it as functional as possible.

changes where appropriate and add to the information where blanks
exist. Complete information from members in this profile is essential
if CAHPERD is to best serve your professional needs.

It is a secure website and payment of your annual fees
can be made with a credit card.
