After conference FAQs
CEUs
CEUs were offered through San Jose State.  You can purchase 1 or 2 CEUs depending on how many hours of the conference you attend. 10 hours (of learning time) for each unit. The cost per unit is $60. There was a table in the registration area, at the conference, to sign up. Transcripts will be available from San Jose State approximately 1-2 weeks after the conference end.

2. Enter your personal information, and the continuing education program information located in the box below.
3. Select the number of CEUs you would like to purchase, and enter the corresponding 5-digit CEU code located in the box below. If you’re unsure how many CEUs you’re eligible for, please speak with the program coordinator.
4. You can request up to 5 official and unofficial transcripts.
5. CEU/transcript requests are processed after the continuing education program has concluded and an attendance roster has been received. Transcripts are usually received within 1-2 weeks of the program’s end date.

Meals
NO meals were provided for attendees at this conference.

Refunds
All cancelations and refunds for the conference should have been made prior to the conference (the pre-registration forms states 1/19/18). If a refund was approved, there is a $25 processing fee as was noted on the pre-registration paperwork. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the end of the conference for refunds to be processed.
